Built, updated and managed websites with GoDaddy, WordPress, and Salesforce — making content updates, swapping images, and maintaining visual consistency.

UX Research & Writing:
Conducted user interviews to improve B2B sales processes and wrote a white paper on workplace resilience. Created wireframes as well as high fidelity prototypes for various projects.

Social Media Management:
Managed TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter accounts, tailoring content to each platform’s audience and trends.

Content Creation & Design:
Wrote and edited video scripts, filmed and edited short-form content, and designed graphics for merch, infographics, and ads using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Adobe XD.

Community Moderation:
Actively moderated online communities, responding to comments, enforcing guidelines, and fostering positive engagement across social platforms and private groups.
